Conditions of sale and use of the online store:

For making purchases through the WWW website. GIGANETPC.NET is required to register in the store by completing the form available online. Once you have registered, simply enter all the items you wish to purchase in the virtual shopping cart. You should follow all the steps of the purchase so that it is completed successfully.
Once the purchase is completed, the customer will always receive an automatic email confirming the transaction as well as the data for payment of the order.

Payment methods:

GIGANETPC accepts the following forms of payment:
1. Bank Transfer
We advise the customer to send the proof of the transfer as well as the order number to the email in order to expedite the confirmation of payment and shipping of the order.The bank transfer must be made within a maximum of 5 days from the time the order was placed. After this deadline, the order will be canceled.

2. Cash Advance

The counter-order orders have a maximum limit of 50 (Fifty) Euros and add a fee of 2,5 Euros For shipments in cash, non-collection of orders by the customer, gives rise to the payment of shipping costs for the same.

3. Paypal

Delivery: Delivery Will be made by CTT-Express Correios de Portugal.

1. Shipments, Deadlines and Payments:

All orders will be processed after confirmation of payment, with the exception of charges. We send the parcels as quickly as possible, sending them within 24 hours. The orders have at most their shipment on the following day, unless the stock is broken or for reasons of force majeure. In case of stock disruption, GIGANETPC will contact the customer.

Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns:

The Customer may cancel his order at any time until the shipment of the same, with the right to the reimbursement of all the amounts paid. Failure to pay the order within 5 (five) days after the date it was definitively made implies the automatic cancellation of the same. The Customer has the right to exchange or return his products in case of defect or non-conformity of the same, within a period of up to 15 days after receipt of the same. The product (s) purchased must contain the packaging (s) in excellent condition, you must send together the sales receipt and the document proving receipt of the order.
After receipt of the returned order and all documents referred to in the previous point, GIGANETPC will reimburse, within a maximum of 30 days, the amounts paid by the customer, without any expenses for this, except as provided in the following point.
GIGANETPC reserves the right not to accept termination of the contract if the product is not returned under the same conditions in which it was sent, in particular without any signs that it has been used or damaged, in which case GIGANETPC will return the product to the customer without any refund of the amount paid.
A. All articles will be verified by our services and only those that respect the conditions of return will be accepted for exchange or return.
B. In the event of a return, if Customer chooses to refund the amount, GIGANETPC reimburses it after checking the condition of the product.
C. The transportation costs for exchanges or returns without confirmation of defects are the responsibility of the customer.


All new equipment and accessories available at store have a warranty period defined by the manufacturer, which in legal terms is 2 (two) years according to current legislation in Portugal, except consumables.
All material used in this case the guarantee applied by GIGANETPC is 3 (three) or 6 six) months. This period is considered from the date of invoice of the equipment and can only be exercised through presentation of proof of purchase (invoice).
Equipment that has exceeded the period defined by the manufacturer or is defective due to abnormal wear, improper installation, weather, lightning, negligence or accident, improper handling, water / liquid infiltration, originals and technical interventions by unauthorized personnel.
The equipment and accessories covered by the warranty, which are damaged, must be sent to Giganetpc, with proof of purchase, to the following address:

Returns, the shipping costs will be at your own risk. The User must always request the CTT Ticket that proves the sending of the order. If the equipment fails and this fault is not covered by the warranty, the User may contact the Customer Service Center with the same and proof of purchase.


The User may submit any contractual conflicts, arbitration and mediation mechanisms that are or may be legally constituted, may also complain to the Consumer Arbitration Centers of the Algarve Court of Arbitration of acts and omissions that violate the legal provisions applicable to the acquisition of goods.
The complaint must be submitted within a maximum period of 30 days, counting from the knowledge of the facts by the User, being registered in the information systems of GIGANETPC that should decide the complaint and notify the interested party within a maximum period of 30 days, from the date of your reception.

3. Online Dispute Resolution:

The alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal and official entities that help them in the resolution or orientation of some conflict, this before opening litigious processes in the Courts.

Alternative dispute resolution is usually less costly, less formal and faster than litigation.
